In the ever-evolving landscape of health research, few discoveries have ignited as much excitement as Urolithin A. Emerging as one of the most impactful natural compounds, Urolithin A is drawing the attention of the scientific community worldwide for its ability to target mitochondrial dysfunction and the hallmarks of aging.

As the significance of Urolithin A becomes more pronounced, now is the time to unite top scientific experts who have been pioneering the way in longevity research.

For the last 15 years, the scientific team at Amazentis has been spearheading Urolithin A research, and now they will be hosting the first Urolithin A Scientific Summit.

Urolithin A has emerged as a compelling player in the realm of aging research due to its potent ability to induce mitophagy[1].This is particularly significant as mitochondrial dysfunction and disabled autophagy are hallmarks of aging and directly impact cellular health and energy production.

To date, most of the clinical research has focused on UA’s effects on skeletal muscle, but an explosion of preclinical research has been published or is underway, paving the way for more human trials.

The summit takes place on November 7th, 2023, from 9:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m EST and will feature expert talks in the areas of:

  • skeletal and cardiac muscles
  • reproductive health
  • immune health
  • brain aging and neurodegenerative disease
  • metabolism
  • chronic kidney disease
